Once you are a member of GBEC Club you can email, fax or even phone entries through up to and including the event closing date. It couldn't be easier and more convenient!
You will also receive 5% off all prices at Surrey Equestrian.
If you fulfil the conditions below, all you have to do is fill out a form giving us your contact details, rider details and horse details so that you don't have to supply them each time you enter and we can easily look them up.
Conditions
Within a 12 month period, you must compete or take part in training 2 times at Great Bookham Equestrian Centre.
You must provide us with a fully completed signed application form and a passport sized photo.
You commit to treat all entries accepted in this way as confirmed entries.
This means that by phoning, faxing or emailing an entry through you are immediately bound by the usual rules of withdrawal and not turning up on the day. Withdrawals received by closing dates can, at the discretion of the secretary, be transferred to another date in the same year.
After closing dates have passed you can only withdraw for medical reasons, usually supported by a vet's or doctor's certificate/letter.
ALL entries that are phoned, faxed or emailed must be paid for by/on the day of competition. Failure to turn up on the day without informing GBEC will result in immediate termination of GBEC Club membership.
Membership must be renewed annually.
